in holidays like july 4 or memorial day there's no coupons in the LA times does anybody knows whyWhy the sunday LA times doesn't have coupons on certain holidays?
Are you sure your paper carrier isn't just leaving the inserts out to lighten the load?
July 4 and Memorial Day avertising and coupon inserts get annoying to the carrier and some get tempted to just toss em in the nearest dumptser.
